The Memorial Funerário Mathias Haas, opened in 2017, is the first museum in Brazil dedicated to the subject of death, funerals and cemeteries. The museum comprises the collection of the Haas family, which has run a multi-generation funeral directing business since the beginning of the 20th century. A selection of historic photographs is presented on the Museum’s facebook page.
